Fall Beauty

Published by at 8:35 pm under Holiday Mini, scrapbooking,Stampin' Up!

Tonight, I'm hosting my scrapbook club event.  I am so excited for tonight's project.  Here I go again, using Spice Cake designer paper.  But I couldn't resist.  And Jordan's picture does remind me of spice cake.  I don't know why but it does.  Scrapbooking is a precious hobby to me because I love preserving the memories of my daughters growing up.  I am hoping to give them each a scrapbook later on.  I don't really put pressure on myself by creating scrapbook pages in a specific order.  I go with the flow, what inspires me and that makes me happy without the stress.

I love layering my card stock to add dept to a project.

Soft suede is the best color to use to age paper and to create a vintage look.

If like my scrapbooking style, you might want to join us next month for another fun night of stamping.  See schedule below.

I love, love, love the the page!  I'm so glad I got the DSP, as I didn't think I would like it but seeing your page shows me how awesome it will be for a layout.  Your daughter is a real cutey also, what a blessing she must be.  I also wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed seeing your pictures from Founder's — Shelli is just the sweetest for spoiling you ladies.  Congrats on making it to Founder's!!!
